Pegasus DAO AMA

November 23, 2021, Pegasus DAO held an AMA (ask me anything) for the community to ask the founders any and all questions. Transparency is at the foundation of all blockchain developments and very much a core value of Pegasus DAO. Thank you to all who participated and thank you to our amazing community as a whole. Below we published our answers to the top 10 most asked question in the AMA.

Q1. Will there be an audit?

Yes, we will have an audit and will announce our partners to carry out the audit, but not until after we launch. Some may be concerned about the bonding issues other OHM forks have had as of recently. Our code does not contain any of the old bonding contracts and our developers have confirmed we are not susceptible to this, or any similar issues pertaining to such erroneous contracts.

Q2. Will the founders of Pegasus DAO DOX?

Disclosing one’s identity is a personal choice for each founding member of Pegasus DAO. At this time, we can confirm that some members will DOX in the near future. However, that is not to say all members will DOX. Anonymity is a privilege built into the infrastructure of DEFI, and some may wish to retain that privilege. At the same time, we all want to connect and build trust with our community. It is our wish that the community is respectful of either decision each founding member makes.

Q3. Will there be a Roadmap? When will it be released?

There will be a Roadmap and it is currently being edited! We plan to release a tentative Roadmap in the next 48 hours. Keep in mind this is a living document that will be updated throughout our progression. It will be accessible on our Medium page.

Q4. When will a Pegasus DAO Medium page be released?

In the next 48 hours we will publish our Medium page.

Q5. When will the Pegasus DAO website be released?

Our developers are hard at work updating our UI and its functionality. We will have a teaser available in the next 48 hours.

Q6. Will all contracts and code be open-source?

Absolutely! All code and contracts will be easily accessible to the public prior to launch.

Q7. Will there be a Pegasus DAO white paper?

Yes, there will be a Pegasus DAO white paper. A few other things are above our to-do list but we shall publish an anticipated release date in the coming weeks.

Q8. What is overarching goal of Pegasus DAO?

We strive to build an ecosystem oriented around our community that democratically leverages DEFI to generate wealth on the exploding blockchain Cronos. Pegasus DAO will use a portion of its treasury to invest in high-yield staking to maximize value for all token holders. Partnerships and detailed tokenomics will be updated in the following weeks toward these goals.

Q9. How big is the Pegasus DAO team?

We currently have 13 founding members and work closely with other partners. Many of us are working diligently full-time on this project and utilizing our combined expertise and long experience in the crypto and DEFI space to produce a cutting-edge project that adapts to change as quickly as the ecosystem evolves.

Q10. When Whitelist?

Our Medium page released in the next 48 hours will break down the allocation of WLs in our IDO (initial discord offering). Our tentative launch date for WL is 11/27/2021. See our Medium page for further details!
